About Us

Ayn Rand Center Israel (ARCI) is registered as a non-profit organization with the purpose of promoting the philosophy of Ayn Rand in Israel and the Middle East.

 

As part of the Center's activities, and for the first time in Israel, we are  holding a Hebrew essay contest on Ayn Rand's books with prizes and awards. Moreover, ARCI organizes events and lectures for student clubs and other organizations and offers courses to the general public. In another area of activities that revolves around public policy, ARCI morally and intellectually supports the The Israeli Freedom movement and also addresses the Arabic-speaking public in the Middle East with a selection of Arabic translations of philosophical writings of Ayn Rand.​

 

BOAZ ARAD

Boaz Arad is the funder of ARCI and serves as the managing director of the center. Boaz also co-founded the  Israeli Freedom Movement. Boaz was a Research Fellow and a spokesman in the Public Policy Center at the Jerusalem Institute for Market Studies. Previously a member of the editorial board at Business Week (Hebrew Version) and was a writer of a weekly column in the Israel daily Makor Rishon. Manages www.anochi.com, a website dedicated to Ayn Rand's philosophy and writings. His numerous writings promoting economic freedom and individual liberty are regularly published in the Israeli press.

TAL TSFANY

Tal Tsfany, is the President and CEO of the Ayn Rand Institute USA, Tal was a co-founder of ARCI and the manager of our organization's activities in the U.S.
Tal is an experienced executive and a thought leader in the Information Technology and Private Education sectors. Tal was a VP in a leading global technology company.

Advisory Board 

MICHAEL S. BERLINER

Dr. Berliner was the  Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Ayn Rand Institute (US) and senior advisor to the Ayn Rand Archives. He was the executive director of the Ayn Rand Institute from its founding in 1985 until January 2000.

Dr. Berliner is the editor of Letters of Ayn Rand (Penguin Dutton, 1995), Russian Writings on Hollywood by Ayn Rand (ARI Press, 1999) and is author of Penguin's Teacher's Guide to Anthem. His editorials on such topics as Western civilization and multiculturalism have been published in the Los Angeles Times, New York Post, The Australian and other major newspapers. He holds a PhD in Philosophy and taught Philosophy and Philosophy of Education for many years at California State University, Northridge, where he served as chairman of the Department of Social and Philosophical Foundations of Education.

YARON BROOK

Yaron Brook Yaron is the chairman of the board at the Ayn Rand Institute. He was the president of the Institute. He is an Israeli-American entrepreneur, writer, and activist. 
He was executive director at ARI from 2000 to 2017. He is also the co-founder of BH Equity Research and the author of several books, in which he analyzes a variety of topics from an Objectivist perspective.

Yaron is a frequent guest on a variety of national TV programs. 

Yaron Brook is the host of the Yaron Brook Show, renowned best-selling author and world class speaker. Brook’s podcast can be heard on the Yaron Brook Show at BlogTalk Radio, Spreaker and YouTube.
